Default In Depth Guild Lists

Ok I searched around a bit for this idea and didnt see it. If it has already been posted and I missed it forgive me and feel free to move it to where it should be.

My idea stems from the fact that guild members can just leave a guild and no record shows up of them leaving. It's a bit of extra work when you can't review who has left because you have to keep a seperate list of members out of game and refer to it constantly.

So what I would like to see is a little message in the Status window of the guild same as when someone is kicked or invited saying so and so has left the guild.

What would be even better is if the person who left had to give a small reason. Leave a little space to type a few words, so that it would say So and So has left the guild (decided to play WoW instead) something like that.

Of course if that reason shows up we know the person who left is a horrible evil person with obvious mental problems but thats another story!
